Acts professionally for 30 years in the pension fund sector. It's great expert of environmental issues in investment and involving the sustainability of pension funds and companies in general.

He is Investment Policy Worked Group Coordinator of UN Principles Responsible Investment (PRI) and member of the Technical Committee of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) in Latin America.

Celso Funcia Lemme

Doutor em Administração, com concentração em Finanças, pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Mestre em Engenharia de Produção pela UFRJ, com concentração nas áreas de Avaliação de Projetos de Investimento e Métodos Quantitativos. Graduado em Administração pela Fundação Getulio Vargas e em Estatística pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.

Professor do Instituto COPPEAD de Administração, da UFRJ, desde 1999, onde leciona disciplinas de Finanças e de Sustentabilidade Corporativa nos programas de pós-graduação stricto sensu e lato sensu e em programas de especialização. Projetos de pesquisa nas áreas de sustentabilidade corporativa, finanças ambientais e avaliação de projetos e empresas. Professor de Finanças Corporativas dos programas de especialização e pós-graduação da Fundação Getúlio Vargas, de 1983 a 1999.

At Aracruz Celulose SA (now Fibria SA), from 1981 to 1994, has been General Manager of Planning and Financial Analysis, having served previously at Souza Cruz SA (British American Tobacco group) in the area of investment projects evaluation and supplies planning. Currently a professor, lecturer and consultant in Corporate Sustainability, and Corporate Valuation. Has rendered services to companies and institutions in the energy, telecommunications, mining, health, pulp and paper, petroleum, finance and logistics sectors.

Denise Hills

Denise Hills possui 26 anos de experiência no mercado financeiro, atuando nas áreas de tesouraria, asset management, wealth management e inovação.  Em 2010, assumiu a liderança da área de Sustentabilidade no Itaú Unibanco e mais recentemente a área de Negócios Inclusivos, dentre os quais estão os programas de Microcrédito e Mulher Empreendedora. É vice-presidente da Rede Brasileira do Pacto Global e co-chair do Steering Committee da UNEP-FI (United Nations Environment Programme - Finance Initiative), ambos ligados à ONU. Também é conselheira do CEBDS (Conselho Empresarial Brasileiro para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável) e membro da Comissão de Sustentabilidade da FEBRABAN (Federação Brasileira de Bancos).

Denise Hills has more than 26 years of experience in the financial market, more specifically on investment, financial planning, wealth management and innovation. She has been the head of Sustainability at Itaú Unibanco since 2010 and more recently assumed the area of Inclusive Business, which includes Microcredit and Women Entrepreneurs programs. Denise is vice-president of the Brazilian Global Compact Netwok and co-chair of the Steering Committee’s United Nations Environment Programme - Finance Initiative (UNEP-FI), both UN initiatives. Also part of the CEBDS Council (Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development) and Member of the Sustainability Commission of Febraban (Brazilian Federation of Banks).

Degree in Business Administration – previous finance and auditing experience at General Motors and Telefónica. Joined Natura in 2004, working as Internal Auditor Manager and also as Finance Manager at Natura Colombia and Venezuela for the past 4 years and then as IR head.

Fanny Tora

Fanny helds a Master in Business Administration, corporate finance and sustainable development from Reims Management School, France, and realized part of its studies at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Fanny served during several years as Responsible Investment Analyst at Vigeo, the extra financial rating agency leader in Europe. She also carried out Corporate Social Responsibility consulting services and social audits in Chile. Since January 2014, the date on which Vigeo opened office in Chile, Fanny is head of South American Market for Vigeo.

Frank Klein

Frank Klein is working for Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, which he re-joined in 2007. Having held a position within Deutsche Asset Management as Global Head of Product Management, he is currently working in institutional distribution (Global Client Group) for German corporate clients.

Prior to this, he spent eleven years (1996-2007) at Sal. Oppenheim Kapitalanlagegesellschaft KAG, where he served in a number of positions: German and European equity portfolio management for domestic and foreign institutional clients, Head of mid and small cap team, Oppenheim Research: Head of equity buyside research. Before joining Sal. Oppenheim, Frank Klein worked for Deutsche Bank AG (1984-1996) in a broad range of positions, mainly in the Asset Management area.

Since 2008 he has been a board member of the German national member society DVFA and since 2011 he has been EFFAS EMC member.

Besides that, he has been a speaker at a number of national and international conferences.

Gustavo Pimentel

Gustavo Pimentel é Diretor de Pesquisa e Consultoria da SITAWI - Finanças do Bem. Foi eleito o 2o melhor Analista Socioambiental para investidores na pesquisa global da Thomson Reuters Extel IRRI 2013. Possui 10 anos de experiência assessorando instituições financeiras e empresas a incorporar questões socioambientais na estratégia, gestão, análise de riscos e avaliação de investimentos. É coordenador do grupo de análise de investimentos da Rede Brasileira dos Princípios para o Investimento Responsável (UN-PRI). Foi sócio-líder da prática de sustentabilidade da Dinamus Consultoria, gerente do Programa Eco-Finanças de Amigos da Terra – Amazônia Brasileira e representante do BankTrack no Brasil. Sua carreira inclui passagens pelo banco ABN AMRO (Amsterdã), a agência de classificação de riscos SR Rating e a consultoria de gestão Accenture. MBA pela IE Business School. Economista pela UFRJ. Certificado em Investimento Responsável pela University of St Andrews.

Gustavo Pimentel heads the ESG Research & Advisory practice of SITAWI – Finance for Good. He was voted 2nd best ESG analyst globally by Thomson Reuters Extel’s IRRI – Independent Research in Responsible Investment 2013. A specialist in corporate responsibility and sustainable investing, he currently chairs the ESG Integration Working Group of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) Brazil Network. As a consultant, Gustavo advises financial institutions on integrating environmental and social issues into strategy, management and investing, serving clients such as IFC, IDB, Itaú, MSCI, UNDP, First State, among others. His early career entailed finance and consulting positions in ABN AMRO, SR Rating and Accenture. Gustavo has a B.Sc. in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, an International MBA from IE Business School and a Certificate in Responsible Investment from the University of St Andrews.

He began his professional activity as broker in the Spanish Money Market in 1983. Subsequently he held various positions as manager and executive in the Financial and Capital Markets departments of Mediación y Finanzas, S.A., holding company of exchange brokers (November 1985-August 1987), Banque Bruxelles Lambert (August 1987-May 1988), Barcelona Savings Bank (May 1988- February 1991), Industrial Credit Bank (February-November 1991) and Banco Exterior de España- ARGENTARIA (actual BBVA from late 1991 to 2000).

In 2000 he founded Formación y Finanzas, S.L, a consultancy company of Financial and Training Advisory. He is currently the Chairman.

Since 2002 he is the General Manager of the Training & Qualification School of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts (IEAF) and from 2007 the Director of its International area.

Since 2013 he is founding partner of Aureo Wealth Advice EAFI, S.L, a wealth manager company registered in the Spanish regulator. In 2014 he has been appointed member of the Advisory Board of Docout, a specialized company in the outsourcing services, in business processes, records management and consulting, with high technological tools.

From 2005-2008 he was the Chairman of the Training & Qualification Committee of EFFAS. He became member of the EFFAS Board since 2008. He is currently the Chairman of EFFAS and Deputy Chairman of the ACIIA (Association of Certified International Investment Analysts).

Phd in Management & Business Administration at San Pablo CEU University, Madrid (1999), summa cum laude, and Degree in Economics & Business Administration at Complutense Universtity, Madrid (1985). He also has a Diploma in General Management (PDG) from IESE (1997). He is Certified Expert in Valuation Companies (CEVE) by IEAF.

Since 1990 he is a usual Lecturer and Visiting Professor in Seminars and specialized courses in several Universities and Business Schools. Since 2005 he is Assistant Professor in Finance at the Complutense University (Madrid). During 1997 and 1998 he was a senior consultant in the European programme “Phare”. This programme consisted of setting up the training in finance for the Bulgarian Central Bank.

Dr López Zaballos is also Board member of ILPIP (International Learning Platform for Investors Professionals), Board member of GIPS Spain (Global Investment Performance Standards), member of the Economists’ College of Madrid since 1998 and member of the European Community Studies Association-Spain since 2009.

Juliana Lopes

Juliana é graduada em Jornalismo, com um MBA em Marketing e um Mestrado em Gestão da Inovação com ênfase em Sustentabilidade. Antes de integrar a equipe do CDP, trabalhou em empresas multinacionais como BASF e Bridgestone-Firestone na área de Comunicação. Foi editora da publicação Ideia Sustentável por quatro anos, tendo se dedicado também a projetos de consultoria em sustentabilidade. Como Diretora do CDP América Latina, é responsável pela expansão dos programas do CDP na região. Juliana é professora no Curso de Pós-Gradução em Gestão Ambiental e de Emissões de GEE da Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP).

Juliana holds a bachelor´s degree in Journalism, a MBA in Marketing and a and a Master in Innovation Management with emphasis in Sustainability. As CDP's Director for Latin America, Juliana is leading the expansion of CDP project-lines over the region. Her previous experience in the corporate communication and sustainability field has included work for companies such as BASF and Bridgestone-Firestone, consultancy and management of a Corporate Social Responsibility publication.

Justine Leigh-Bell

Justine has spent much of her career helping business leaders and governments find solutions to the global challenges of climate change and sustainable development. She currently heads the Standards program at the Climate Bonds Initiative, an investor focused not for profit working to mobilize debt capital markets for climate change solutions. She works closely with industry experts and international agencies on helping to define "what is green" across the low carbon economy, with the aim of providing a screening tool for investors and governments to easily prioritise climate and green bonds with confidence.

Justine has provided consultancy services for a number of global environmental advisory firms and institutions including the Carbon Trust, the Overseas Development Institute (ODI), the Clean Tech Group and GIST Advisory based in New Delhi. Her key areas of focus have been in sustainable development in emerging economies, climate change mitigation/adaptation strategies, economic valuation and market based instruments for managing natural capital assets.

Lika Takahashi

Lika Takahashi é formada e pós graduada em Administração de Empresas pela FGV-SP. No mercado financeiro há 30 anos, trabalhou como analista de investimento e estrategista no Unibanco, Baring Securities, Bear Stearns, Unibanco Asset Management e Fator Corretora. Atualmente é responsável pela área de análise de empresas na Porto Seguro Investimentos.

Lika Takahashi is graduated and post graduated in Business Administration at FGV-SP. Over the past 30 years she has worked as Brazilian equity researcher and strategist at Unibanco, Baring Securities, Bear Stearns, Unibanco Asset Management and Fator Corretora. Currently, she is the head of research at Porto Seguro Investimentos.

Luiz Fernando Rolla

Luiz Fernando Rolla é Diretor de Relações Institucionais e Comunicação. Foi Diretor de Finanças e Relações com Investidores da CEMIG até dezembro de 2014. Formado em Engenharia Elétrica em 1974, pela UFMG, possui cursos de pós-graduação em Engenharia Econômica e Processamento de Dados. Trabalha na CEMIG desde 1975, quando esteve envolvido na coordenação do planejamento do sistema elétrico; na coordenação e avaliação de projetos financiados pelo Banco Mundial, BID, KFW e Eletrobrás, tendo participado também do processo de captação de recursos no mercado internacional com destaque para a colocação de Eurobonds e blocktrade de ações. Em 1987, assumiu a área de Relações com Investidores da empresa, sendo o responsável pela implementação dos programas de ADR’s Nível I e Nível II (incluindo a listagem das ações da empresa na Bolsa de Nova York); pela adesão ao Nível 1 de Governança Corporativa da Bovespa, em 2001 e pela listagem das ações da empresa na Bolsa de Madri e Barcelona, em 2002. Em 2008 foi eleito “The Best CFO” na categoria Energia Elétrica e Utilities pela revista “Investor Relations Magazine” e também recebeu o prêmio “Equilibrista do Ano”, pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Executivos Financeiros – IBEF. Em 2009 foi eleito o melhor “Profissional de RI” pela Associação dos Analistas e Profissionais de Investimentos do Mercado de Capitais e também, “Melhor Executivo de Relações com Investidores” pela Revista IR Magazine. Em 2009 foi eleito Presidente do Conselho do Instituto Brasileiro de Relações com Investidores – IBRI.

Luiz Fernando Rolla was appointed Chief Institutional Relations and Communication Officer in 2015. Previously, he was the Chief Officer for Finance and Investor Relations since 2007. He graduated as an electrical engineer from Minas Gerais Federal University in 1974, and did postgraduate courses in engineering economics and data processing. In 1975, Mr. Rolla began his career at Cemig working in the planning of the electricity system, coordination and evaluation of projects financed by the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, KFW and Eletrobrás. Mr. Rolla has been part of the team in charge of raising capital in the international markets, mainly focusing on Eurobonds issuance and share block trades. In 1987, Mr. Rolla became Cemig’s Investor Relations Officer and launched the Company’s Level 1 and 2 ADR programs, including listing Cemig’s shares at the New York Stock Exchange in 2001. Furthermore, Cemig also adopted São Paulo Stock Exchange Level 1 Corporate Governance listing requirements, and listed in Madrid and Barcelona stock exchanges in 2002.  In 2008 the Investor Relations Magazine elected Mr. Rolla “The Best CFO” in the Electricity and Utilities segment, and was awarded the “O Equilibrista” prize (“the Balancing Act Trophy”) by the Brazilian Financial Executives Institute. Mr. Rolla was elected President of the Brazilian Investor Relations Institute in 2009.

Maria Lettini

Maria entrou para o PRI em setembro de 2011.  Como Associate Director na equipe de Networks and Global Outreach, hoje chefia os esforços de alcance e relações com signatários nas Américas do Norte e do Sul.  Maria tem mais de quinze anos de experiência nas áreas de negócios e finanças.  Trabalhou oito anos na divisão Comercial de Renda Variável Institucional no J.P. Morgan e no Deutsche Bank, cobrindo o setor de renda variável da Europa, Ásia e América Latina. Já trabalhou em São Francisco, Nova York, Madri e Londres. Possui mestrado em Meio-Ambiente, Política e Globalização pelo King's College London, e é graduada em Negócios Internacionais e Estudos da América Latina pela Universidade Estadual de San Diego.

Maria joined the PRI in September of 2011 and is responsible for PRI signatory relations and recruitment of new signatories worldwide. She has over fifteen years’ experience in business and finance. Maria spent eight years working in Institutional Global Equity Sales at J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank, based in both US and Europe.  Maria has a Master of Arts in Environment, Politics and Globalization from King’s College London and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Latin American Studies.

  • Ramón has 16 years’ experience in corporate responsibility, especially on corporate governance, ethic and integrity, sustainability and non financial issues in financial markets and investment decisions.
  • Before joining KPMG in 2005 he worked for six years for the research institution providing ESG research on Spanish companies to, amongst others, the FTSE4GOOD Index.
  • He has been a member of INDITEX S.A. Social Council as well as of the Global Reporting Initiative’s Stakeholder Council and member of the Executive Committee of the United Nations Global Compact in Spain.
  • He has led several engagements on ethics and integrity due diligence and corporate governance for some of Spain’s largest companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Since 2005, he has been working in the development of ethics and compliance programs for some of Spain’s most important companies.

Reginaldo Ferreira Alexandre

Economista, com quinze anos de experiência na área de análise de investimentos, como analista, organizador e diretor de equipes de análise, tendo ocupado essas posições, sucessivamente, no Citibank, Unibanco, BBA (atual Itaú-BBA) e Itaú Corretora de Valores.  Atuou ainda como analista de crédito corporativo (Citibank) e como consultor nas áreas de estratégia (Accenture) e de corporate finance (Deloitte). Hoje, atua na ProxyCon Consultoria Empresarial, empresa que se dedica às atividades de assessoria e prestação de serviços nas áreas de mercado de capitais, finanças e governança corporativa.

Ricardo Zibas

Sócio Diretor da KPMG, responsável pela área de sustentabilidade no Brasil e América Latina. Arquiteto e Urbanista formado pela USP com especialização em Gestão Ambiental (POLI/USP) e pós graduação em administração de empresas pela FGV. Atua na área há 15 anos, com foco em soluções estratégicas para os setores de energia, mineração, agronegócio e manufatura. Palestrante nos eventos de mudanças climáticas das Nações Unidas (UNFCCC) em Nairóbi (2006), Bali (2007), Copenhagen (2009), Cancun (2010), Durban (2011), Doha (2012), Varsóvia (2013) e Lima (2014).

Jornalista, radialista e pós-graduada em Comunicação Empresarial, Sonia Favaretto é Diretora de Imprensa e Sustentabilidade da BM&FBOVESPA, Superintendente do Instituto BM&FBOVESPA e Presidente do Conselho Deliberativo do ISE – Índice de Sustentabilidade Empresarial. É membro do Stakeholder Council da GRI e dos Conselhos Consultivos. Com mais de vinte anos de experiência em Comunicação e Sustentabilidade, foi Superintendente da Fundação BankBoston, Superintendente de Sustentabilidade e Comunicação Institucional do Banco Itaú e Diretora Setorial de Responsabilidade Social e Sustentabilidade da Febraban – Federação Brasileira de Bancos.

Sonia Favaretto is BM&FBOVESPA's Press and Sustainability Officer, Head of Instituto BM&FBOVESPA, and Chair of the Board of ISE, the BM&FBOVESPA Corporate Sustainability Index. A print and broadcast journalist with a post-graduate degree in Business Communications, Ms. Favaretto is also a member of the GRI Stakeholder Council and member of the Advisory Boards of GRI Brazil, Ethos Indicators and CDP.  She has over 20 years of experience in Communications and Sustainability, having served as Head of Fundação BankBoston, Head of Sustainability & Institutional Communication at Banco Itaú, and Director of Social Responsibility & Sustainability at the Brazilian Federation of Banks (FEBRABAN) between 2006 and 2009.

Susana Peñarrubia Fraguas

  • Senior investment manager focusing on European Equities – ESG Funds and Utility Industry: Frankfurt
  • Joined the Company in 2001 after 3 years of experience as sales person for multiproduct fixed income sales at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Since 2009, equity portfolio manager for European ESG. She also runs the Postbank Dynamik Vision and  European ESG institutional funds.
  • Master's degree ("Licenciada en Económicas") in economics from Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, Madrid; additional studies at the Leeds Polytechnic (UK), Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft (Pforzheim) and Hochschule für Bankwirtschaft (Frankfurt). Dresdner Bank Training Program, INSEAD (Fontainebleau).
  • She was awarded by Institutional Investor Magazine as “Best of European Buy side Analyst” in the year 2005 and 2006. Furthermore, in 2010 and 2011 she was recorded in the 75 so called “TopGun”  most influential Buy side specialists in Europe.
  • Member of the Arbeitkreis„Integrated Reporting“ of the Schmalenbach Gesellschaft  and DVFA Kommission Responsible Investing.
